  • Can I add or remove an item from my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to make modifications or additions to orders once they are successfully submitted in the system. You are welcome to place a new order for the items that you missed in your previous order, or return the unwanted item instead.
  • The product I received is defective. What should I do?

    Please send a photo or video of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll take it from there. You may email it to support@altenew.com or have a chat here with us! Thank you.
