To redeem your points, please log in to your Altenew account, then hover your mouse to the person icon until you see the drop down options.
You should select "Altenew Rewards".
Once you are directed to the VIP Loyalty Program page, you will see the Rewards Launcher popping on the lower right. On the Launcher, click Ways to Redeem:
Select the redeemable points you have from the list:
Copy the code or paste it to the discount box upon checkout:
Otherwise, if you are not going to use it yet, please refer to the email sent to your inbox so you will have a reference for the code.
