**One-time purchase** means that you only get to purchase the kit at its regular price.
On the other hand, **Subscribe and Save** means that you purchase the item, and at the same time you're also subscribing to a monthly plan. This means you'll be charged again on the renewal during the 27th for the next kit. However please keep in mind that you cannot select Subscribe and Save if you already have an existing subscription for the particular kit. This will result to having duplicate subscriptions and you may get duplicate charge too during the renewal.
